https://www.ijset.org/index.php/ijset/article/view/1038

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted various sectors in Cirebon Regency, including the transportation system, especially elf-type city transportation services. This study aims to analyze the ability to pay, level of satisfaction, and ease of public access to elf transportation services in Cirebon Regency. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire survey with 100 respondents, determined using the Slovin method with a margin of error of 10%. The results showed that the average tariff set by elf drivers was Rp3.038,46, while the majority of respondents were able to pay up to Rp 4.000,00. Before the pandemic, ease of access was considered quite good, but decreased during the pandemic due to operational restrictions and fleet reduction. User satisfaction levels have been stable, with the majority of respondents rating the service as adequate. These findings suggest that despite the pandemic, public acceptance of elf services remains high. Therefore, policies that support the sustainability of public transportation are needed, such as improving comfort, operational efficiency, and adjusting tariffs according to people's purchasing power. This has been proven in the field, with these improvements making it easier for people to access mobility and also having an impact on the regional economy.
Andis Destrian Irianto

https://www.ijset.org/index.php/ijset/article/view/1028

Cancer is a dangerous disease and one of the leading causes of death worldwide. One of the treatments for cancer is radiotherapy. Proton radiotherapy has been widely developed due to its advantage of reducing damage to healthy tissue surrounding the cancer. The source of proton radiotherapy comes from an accelerator, and currently, the most commonly developed type is the cyclotron. This study aims to simulate and analyze the effect of the dee radius on the kinetic energy produced by the cyclotron. The research was conducted using an in silico method with the Python programming language. Based on the simulation results, the kinetic energy produced by the cyclotron for dees radii of 0.2 m, 0.25 m, 0.3 m, 0.35 m, and 0.4 m are 1.644 MeV, 2.639 MeV, 3.941 MeV, 5.462 MeV, and 7.246 MeV, respectively. Therefore, the larger the dee radius used, the greater the kinetic energy of the proton produced. This occurs because a larger dee radius allows the proton to pass through the gap between the dees more frequently. When the proton crosses the gap between the dees, its velocity increases due to acceleration caused by the potential difference between the two dees, resulting in higher kinetic energy.
Muhammad Za’imCindy Salsadila

https://www.ijset.org/index.php/ijset/article/view/858

This study discusses a comprehensive analysis of the choral work "Let Everything That Breathes Praise the Lord" created by Levinson Simaela, focusing on its musical structure, harmony, and performative potential. This song was inspired by Psalm 150 and became a mandatory song at the Church Choir Festival (PESPARAWI) of SMGT (Toraja Church Sunday School) throughout the East Makassar Classis in 2022.This work is a silent witness to the victory of the SMGT Satria Kasih Makassar Children's Choir at the event. Researcheras the creator of this work, I intend to identify the compositional elements in the score, explore the performance implications of the existing notation, and examine the inclusion of Torajan nuances through the use of local language lyrics and Torajan drum accompaniment. The use of Torajan lyrics and specific directions for traditional instruments such as the Torajan drum demonstrate an effort to integrate local cultural richness into church music.Using qualitative descriptive methods of formal music analysis supported by ethnographic review, this study examines how the components of melody, rhythm, and harmony interact to shape the overall work. In addition, this article discusses how the tempo direction, dynamics, and "(Sambil Menari)" instructions in the score can influence interpretation and presentation on stage. The incorporation of Torajan lyrics and the option of Torajan drum accompaniment are important points in understanding how this work inculturates regional cultural values into expressions of church praise. The findings of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of adaptive choral composition practices, as well as the contribution of music to enriching spiritual culture in Indonesia.
Levinson Y A SimaelaJunita BatubaraDewi Tika Lestari

There are several major obstacles, such as limited medical personnel, ineffective manual queuing system, lack of training on excellent service, and the absence of a structured complaint system. These factors cause delays in service and reduce the level of public satisfaction. Responsiveness indicators such as speed, accuracy, and the ability of officers to respond to complaints have not been optimally met. Therefore, it is necessary to make comprehensive improvements to the Puskesmas service system. Suggestions from this study are the addition and equalization of medical personnel, digitization of service and administration systems, HR training in communication and service ethics, optimization of triage systems and priority routes, improvement of medical facilities and infrastructure, especially in first-level service facilities such as Puskesmas.
Intan NasutionMuklirAflia RiskiMuhammad HasyemTeuku Alfiady

https://www.ijset.org/index.php/ijset/article/view/872

UV-Visible spectrophotometry (UV-Vis) is one of the most widely used instrumental analytical methods in the fields of pharmacy, food science, and analytical chemistry, particularly for determining the concentration of active compounds in various types of samples. The working principle of UV-Vis spectrophotometry is based on the ability of a compound to absorb light at a specific wavelength, resulting in an absorbance value proportional to the concentration of the substance in solution. This method is considered efficient due to its relatively simple operation, short analysis time, and lower cost compared to other instrumental methods such as HPLC, AAS, or GC-MS. In addition, UV-Vis spectrophotometry can be applied to a wide range of compounds containing chromophoric groups, making it suitable for analyzing herbal products that consist of complex natural matrices. This study aims to review the application of UV-Vis spectrophotometry in the analysis of active compounds in herbal products through a literature review of ten relevant and recent scientific journals. Based on the results of the review, it was found that UV-Vis spectrophotometry is widely used to analyze compounds such as flavonoids, vitamin C, caffeine, paracetamol, and oxalates derived from natural sources such as tea, fruits, vegetables, as well as traditional herbal preparations such as jamu and supplements. In addition, this method is also applied in solubility studies of active compounds within drug delivery systems such as Self-Nanoemulsifying Drug Delivery Systems (SNEDDS), analytical method validation, and evaluation of compound stability in final formulations. Several studies also demonstrated the ability of UV-Vis spectrophotometry to detect the presence of synthetic contaminants in herbal products quickly and simply. From the overall findings, it can be concluded that UV-Vis spectrophotometry plays a significant role in the development, formulation, and quality testing of herbal-based products. This method is not only practical and efficient but also capable of producing reliable quantitative data that can be applied in various research and industrial contexts.
Nurul AzizahFirda Sahara NidaSiti NurdianaSheva Firdaus. https://www.ijset.org/index.php/ijset/article/view/1042

Mindanao, a key agricultural region in the southern Philippines, is increasingly vulnerable to climate-induced food crises. Recent hydro meteorological disasters, notably floods, have caused crop failures across more than 20,000 hectares of rice fields and 8,800 hectares of staple crops, threatening local food supply stability. These challenges are compounded by limited human resource capacity in agricultural sectors and fragmented domestic policy responses. Within this context, the BIMP-EAGA Vision 2025 offers a strategic platform for sub regional cooperation, aiming to strengthen food security through climate adaptation strategies, agricultural technology transfer, and regional trade facilitation. This study employs a qualitative approach and policy analysis to examine the mechanisms through which BIMP-EAGA contributes to mitigating the food crisis in Mindanao. Three focus areas are analyzed the establishment of a food security corridor to stabilize commodity supply chains, capacity building for farmers through cross-border knowledge and technology exchange, and mobilization of agricultural infrastructure funding within the Vision 2025 framework. The findings reveal that BIMP-EAGA’s cooperative initiatives have enhanced access to regional food reserves and facilitated cross-border trade, reducing the immediate impacts of crop failures. However, implementation remains constrained by disparities in resource allocation, institutional coordination gaps, and policy misalignments between member states. This study addresses a significant research gap by providing an in-depth analysis of how Vision 2025 operationalizes food security measures at a sub-regional scale, offering insights into policy harmonization for climate-resilient agriculture in Southeast Asia.
Rara Gusnita PutriRegiana Revilia

https://www.ijset.org/index.php/ijset/article/view/1005

This study aims to examine how service quality, price, and promotion influence customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction acting as a mediating variable at XYZ Beauty Clinic in Banjarmasin. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied, using structured questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents who had received services within the past year. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares technique. The results show that service quality significantly influences satisfaction, but does not lead to loyalty through satisfaction. In contrast, price and promotion have direct and significant effects on both satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not statistically mediate the relationship between service quality, price, promotion, and loyalty. These findings indicate that customers in the productive age group at XYZ Clinic are more influenced by economic factors and promotional offers rather than emotional satisfaction in forming brand loyalty. This study contributes to understanding the trend of transactional loyalty and highlights the importance of combining emotional connection with clear value propositions to build sustainable loyalty strategies.
Kleofas SumalerDadan Abdul Aziz Mubarok

This research examines how work motivation, self-efficacy, and leadership influence productivity levels in women-led micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan. The research is based on the importance of enhancing the role of the MSME sector, particularly those led by women, in strengthening regional economic resilience. The methodology employed is a quantitative approach through a survey of 96 female MSME entrepreneurs. Information was collected through questionnaire distribution, while data processing utilized multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26 software. The findings indicate that individually, all independent variables—work motivation, self-efficacy, and leadership—have a positive and significant impact on business productivity. Among the three, self-efficacy demonstrates the strongest influence. Collectively, these three variables contribute significantly to productivity with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.634, indicating that more than 60% of the variation in business productivity can be explained by this model. These results reinforce the urgency of strengthening internal factors to boost the productivity of women-led MSMEs. Consequently, MSME empowerment programs need to be expanded not only to financial and technological access, but also to non-material aspects such as increasing work motivation, entrepreneur self-confidence, and adaptive and collaborative leadership skills to create competitive and sustainable businesses.
Herry Praja HasugianAgnes SitumorangAditya Nugraha LubisSaimara AM SebayangTeuku Aliyuddinsyah

https://www.ijset.org/index.php/ijset/article/view/1025

The implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in public companies in Indonesia is becoming increasingly demanded as attention to sustainability issues grows. However, not all companies are able to optimally integrate the SDGs. This issue raises questions about the factors influencing the level of SDG implementation, particularly the role of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and sustainability audits. This research aims to analyze the influence of GCG and sustainability audits on the implementation of SDGs in public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique and a total of 100 respondents from management and staff related to company sustainability. Data were analyzed using SPSS thru validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumptions testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The research results indicate that GCG and sustainability audits simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of SDGs, with a contribution of 61.2%. Partially, both variables also have a significant effect. This finding confirms that strengthening good corporate governance and conducting credible sustainability audits are important strategies for improving the successful implementation of SDGs in public companies in Indonesia.
Rina AmbarwatiAbu NaimAndika Mugi GumilangErvina Yennie PermananingrumAhmad PaujiIlwin Hadi

This study shows that customers are increasingly considering fuel quality and customer service in choosing gas stations, and the challenges faced in the Shell Go+ loyalty program are important factors in retaining customers in a competitive market. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand image and customer experience on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Shell gas stations in Jakarta City.
